03No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Growth Partner Programme does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees as defined under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, EPF Act, 1952, ESI Act, 1948, or any other labour legislation applicable in India. Affiliates are not entitled to any employment benefits.

04Courses and Placement Disclaimer

• The Institute does not guarantee job placement or employment of any student admitted through the Programme, unless explicitly stated in writing
• Course curriculum, duration, fees, and availability are subject to change without prior notice
• Affiliates must not make representations regarding placement guarantees; doing so may attract liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
